Reservation

  • Reservation is confirmed after payment. (Reservation may change while waiting for deposit without bankbook.)
  • Please arrive at the store on time for your reservation.
  • You can return in the scheduled time and extra costs may be charged when rental items are not returned in the scheduled time.

Rental Fee

  • ₩15,000 for 1 hour (for 2 people) 
  • ₩10,000 per additional hour
  • 'Helmet / Auxiliary bags / Sandals / Knee pads / Palm pads for free when renting a scooter

Safety Instructions 

  • A helmet must be worn.
  • A driver's license is required.
  • Drunk Driving is prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for accidents and damage caused by their own negligence. 

Cancellation/Refund

 

  • 100% refundable before the day of use
  • Non-refundable on the day of use 
  • If it rains on the reservation date, we will refund 100%.(However, in case of bad weather that occurs during use, no refund will be given.)
  • Even if you return the product before the return time while using the product, the remaining time will not be refunded.
  • (In the case of card cancellation, it takes about 2 to 5 business days depending on the card company.)

Caution

  • You must have a driver's license and keep your ID on site during the rental period if necessary.
  • Make sure to take a photo of the product before rental. After receiving, please check whether the reservation details and components match and the product status. In case of abnormality, please submit a photo to the customer service center on the same day.
  • All products are leisure products for experience. There is no separate insurance, and any accident caused by the user's own negligence is the responsibility of the user.
  • It states that Millim or Eurowheel is not responsible for any accidents that occur during rental.
  • This product cannot be rented or transferred to a third person, and we are not responsible for any accidents.
  • In case of non-return or loss, you are obligated to compensate the product.
  • If an accident or breakdown occurs due to a cause attributable to the customer after the dealer has confirmed that there is no problem with the device, the customer should compensate the company for all the damage.
  • Please follow the corona prevention guidelines and use it.
  • In principle, rental products must be returned in their original condition, and according to the 'In case of loss/breakdown/damage' of the product, the cost required for repurchase of A/S will be charged depending on the degree of loss or damage. 
  • If the user violates traffic laws, all matters are the responsibillity of the user.

  • Depending on the payment method, you must enter the account holder, bank name, and account number.
  • It may take 1-3 business days to complete the cancellation after applying for a refund.
