How to use after reservation

01. Visit the Golden Blue Marina Box Office on Sebit Island!

02. Check the reservation details and exchange the boarding pass! (Bring your ID card)

03. Watch a short safety video in the waiting room!

04. Fill out the boarding report & measure body temperature & wear life vest

05. Now! Enjoy the Han River Luxury yacht tour!

Please read !

• This tour program operate from at least two people.

• It's a regular program that you could ride with other people.

• The Rainbow Bridge yacht tour can be changed from the existing course if the rainbow fountain show is held.

• It is a 60-minute program, and the actual operating time is 40 minutes, including 10 minutes of safety training and 10 minutes of  boarding time.

• Depending on the reservation situation, yacht can be replaced by Princess, C-Ray, and Ruseller yacht.

• Please make sure to bring your reservation ID and check your reservation at the ticket office 10 minutes before the program starts and exchange it with a boarding pass.

• If you can't board due to the delay in boarding time, you can't exchange, refund, or cancel, so please come to Sebit Island at least an hour in advance.

• There is no refund if you do not visit after making a reservation.

• Cancellation or change on the day is not possible.

User information

• One can of soft drink or bottled water is provided. Free of charge per person.

• It's a regular program that you could ride with other people.

• Small pets are allowed in the yacht. 

• Yacht entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-boarding due to non-compliance with the program time is not refundable.

Precautions

• Infants under 24 months old can board without fees (Must have a proof document).

• This tour program operate from at least two people.

• It's a regular program that you could ride with other people.

• The date or boarding time may change if the reservation is closed.

Cancellation policies

• 5 days before boarding: Full refund of payment amount

• 3 to 4 days before boarding: 50% refund of payment

• 1 to 2 days before boarding: 30% refund of payment amount

• Cancellation or change on the day of boarding is non-refundable (refund or change is not possible due to non-compliance with the reservation boarding time)

• The departure may be canceled depending on the weather conditions, and in this case, 100% of the purchase amount or the date of use can be changed.

• There is no refund if you do not visit after making a reservation.

Rain-time regulation

• In order to change the boarding date, please cancel your reservation through Millim and make a new reservation.

• In some cases, it operates normally in case of rain according to the weather forecast, so you must let us know whether you are boarding or not before the boarding time, and if the boarding time has passed, it is considered NO-SHOW and cannot be refunded.

• Raincoats and rugs are provided in case of rain and operate normally with exciting music.  (However, if a request for suspension of operation is received by the Han River Project Headquarters during a heavy rain warning, it cannot be operated, and in this case, it will be notified.)

• If you don't want to board "In the case of rain" on the day of boarding, please call (02.599.0900) or inform us of your boarding status through Millim Kakao Talk Channel at least one hour before boarding, and we will help you change the date or cancel it 100% free of charge. (However, if you don't show up without telling us, you can't get a cancellation refund.)

Traffic Guide to Sebit Island Golden Blue Marina

• Traffic around Sebit Island is very congested due to various events, so please arrive earlier. (On weekends, it takes more than an hour to park.)
• Parking lots are often full on weekends and holidays, so we recommend using public transportation if possible.
• Please make sure to exchange or check your ticket at the ticket box 10 minutes before boarding and wait at the boarding point before the program starts.
• If you can't board due to the delay in boarding time, you can't exchange, refund, or cancel all of them, so please come to Sebit Island an hour before boarding.

* When using one's own car

• Search 2085-14 Olympic-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul

* When using public transportation

• Bus: 740, get off at Banpo Hangang Park in front of Sebit Island (5 minutes)

• Subway: Exit 8-1 after getting off at Express Bus Terminal Station on Line 3.7.9 Or walk from Exit 6 toward Sebit Island (15 minutes to 20 minutes)
