1. Can I make a same-day reservation? ✅
Yes, same-day reservations are available.
However, weekends may sell out early, so advance booking is highly recommended.
Please note that same-day bookings cannot be canceled or refunded due to policy restrictions.
2. Do you provide children’s equipment? ✅
Yes! We offer a wide selection of skiwear and equipment for infants and children in various sizes and designs.
3. Can I extend my rental time? ✅
Yes. If you need an extension, please call the store directly during your rental period.
4. I don’t have a car. Can I still use your service? ✅
Yes! Please contact us for consultation.
We provide pickup & delivery services.
However, during peak times (such as weekends and holidays),
delivery service may not be available due to heavy traffic and congestion.
Please call in advance to confirm availability.

All rental items are valuable property of SNOW LAB.

Customers are fully responsible for any theft, loss, or damage caused by personal negligence.

For smooth rental and return, an ID card may be temporarily held at the store if necessary.

Please take photos of all items before use.
Upon receiving your items, check that the products match your reservation and confirm their condition.
If there is any issue with rental gears, please take photos and report it to a SNOW LAB staff immediately. -
Returns must be completed within the designated return time during business hours.
Late returns may result in additional charges. -
SNOW LAB assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or traffic fines occurring during the rental period.

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance or outdoor sports insurance.

Subleasing, transferring, pawning, or disassembling rental items is strictly prohibited.
Any liability arising from such actions rests entirely with the customer. -
Once the rental period ends, all rented equipment and accessories must be returned immediately.
Failure to return or loss will result in full compensation charges.
RENTAL ITEM CARE POLICY

All rental products are valuable shared assets.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

In cases of loss, damage, or severe wear, compensation will be charged based on
the repair cost or full replacement value, in accordance with SNOW LAB rental policy.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Up to 1 day before use: 100% full refund

On the day of use: No refund
-
No partial refunds will be issued for early returns during the rental period.

Credit card cancellations may take 2–5 business days, depending on the card issuer.
