Reservation

  • If you visit on the same day without a reservation, you may not be able to rent it due to lack of inventory.
  • The reservation will be confirmed upon payment.
  • Please arrive in time.
  • Return is possible within the designated return time within business hours, and additional charges may be incurred if not returned within the return time.

  • When renting an electric bicycle, rent a mat / Bluetooth mini picker / riding bag / lock for free!

safety rules

  • You must have a motor license or higher. (Class 1 and class 2 are both possible)
  • Please wear a helmet when using it.
  • Please keep the light on when driving at night.
  • Riding after drinking is absolutely prohibited.
  • Threatening driving such as one-handed driving, road driving, crosswalk driving, and boarding together are absolutely prohibited.

Cancellation/Refund

  • Until 1 day before use: No cancellation fee for payment amount
  • Date of use: Unable to cancel
  • You can get a refund in case of rain, so please contact the Kakao Talk channel.
  • It is open normally even in rainy weather. Cancellation, change, or refund is possible only if it is deemed to pose a safety threat.
  • However, there is no refund for bad weather during use.
  • If you return it before the return period while using the product, you will not be refunded for the remaining time.
  • (In case of card cancellation, it will take about 2 to 5 business days depending on the credit card company.)

Precautions for rental

  • You must have a driver's license, and the rental shop could keep your ID if necessary during the rental period. 
  • Be sure to take a picture of the product before you rent it. After receiving it, please check the reservation details and whether the components match and the product status. In this case, please apply to the customer service center on the same day with the photo attached.
  • All products are leisure items for experience. There is no separate insurance, and accidents caused by the user's own negligence are the responsibility of the user himself.
  • If you are concerned about a safety accident, we recommend that you apply for traveler's insurance or safety insurance individually.
  • It is stated that the Millim and GokickBoard are not responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental.
  • It cannot be leased or transferred to a third party, and Millim and GokichBoard is not responsible in the event of an accident.
  • If you do not return it or lose it, you are obligated to compensate for the product.
  • In the event of an accident or failure due to the customer's fault after confirming that the device is OK, the customer shall compensate the company for all damages.
  • Please make sure to follow the COVID-19 quarantine guidelines and use them.
  • In principle, rental products are returned in the existing status, and in accordance with the product "in case of loss/damage", the cost required for re-purchase or A/S of the product is charged according to the degree of loss or damage. 
  • In the event of a user's violation of traffic laws, all matters are the responsibility of the user.

[How to request a refund]

  • My Page > Reservation Details > Click Cancel Product > Cancel Button.
  • Please contact the Kakao Talk channel for a refund in case of rain.
  • You must enter the depositor, bank name, and account number according to the payment method.
  • It may take 1 to 3 business days to complete the cancellation after applying for a refund.
